I'm happy to say I found this cage last week while walking around the neighborhood. I'm trying to find a league to play in despite my knees hurting. Once I get my ARC card, hopefully next week, I'll get MRI's on both of my knees ASAP.
These cages cost $500won ($0.50 USD) for about 10 pitches. Today, when I was about to go into the cage which throws about 75-80mph, the owner was surprised. After seeing me hit in the cage, I was about to put more money in and he told me to not worry about it. Maybe that's a good sign going forward. :)
